Images made over a number of visits to Moorhouse's Brewery, Burnley, capturing the final brew in the original brewhouse, its demolition, and the construction and first use of the new 100 barrel brewhouse.

This forms part of a long-term project investigating changes in the brewing industry. The work shows parallel changes at two large real ale breweries as they respond to changing markets, and the establishment and growth of several microbreweries. The work is made using transparency film and digitally, to represent both traditional craft processes and the introduction of technology, and the pairing of knowledge and history with innovation.
