The first collaborative brew between Jay Krause of Quantum Brewery, Stockport and Colin Stronge of Marble Brewery, Manchester.

This forms part of a long-term project investigating changes in the brewing industry. The work shows parallel changes at two large real ale breweries as they respond to changing markets, and the establishment and growth of several microbreweries. The work is made using transparency film and digitally, to represent both traditional craft processes and the introduction of technology, and the pairing of knowledge and history with innovation.
